As export manager, she follows international market trends closely and is the one to find solutions for varying demands being addressed to us. Years of on-site customer care help her doing that.
Being in the department right up from the beginning she can look back on some client relationships that have lasted for more than 20 years. Needless to say that many of them know her personally from factory visits and exhibitions.
Working on customers incoming orders until containers and trucks finally arrive at destination she has a close eye on the orders in progress and takes care of a smooth delivery.
It is probably no exaggeration to say that Mr. Adel Zaraa is known as the Stender man across many countries, especially in Africa and the Arabic world. He represents our department with heart and soul.
He has moved his centre of life from Germany to Colombia, which proves to be a great advantage in the direct customer care of our Latin American customers. As agricultural engineer he can support not only on short notice as time difference is not a limiting factor, but also language wise it is of strong advantage that most communication is done in customer’s mother tongue.
She is the supporting pillar of our department on site in the Baltic States: with years of experience working for a shipping line she has become indispensable not only in the field of logistics but also in the appraisal of our raw materials.
